Dear Valued Business/Community Partner:

The Loma Linda University Student Association (LLUSA) in conjunction with the Loma Linda Chamber of Commerce is currently planning the annual Welcome Back Bash for Loma Linda University students.  This event is designed to introduce the 4,000 plus students to university services, as well as to local businesses and the community at large. As a valued member of the community, we would like to invite you to participate with us this year.  The date of the event is Monday, September 26th, from 5 to 7 pm on Loma Linda’s campus.

If you would like to be a part of our celebration, there are two levels of participation: 

• Level 1 - We will have a drawing for prizes periodically throughout the event.  Your business could donate a prize/prizes for the drawing. This is an opportunity to introduce your business to the student body.   Some ideas for donations are:  gift certificates, food items, or any prize you would like to donate.

• Level 2 – Your business could have a booth at the event, to be used for distributing product samples, brochures or flyers, or coupons regarding your services, etc. There is no charge for a booth; we only ask that you make a donation for the drawing.   
 
Your completed participation form emailed back to me (my fax machine is not working).  We would like these back no later than, September 5, 2011, to help us with getting our plans in place in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for your anticipated participation.  We look forward to meeting you and making this event a successful one for new and returning Loma Linda students, as well as for area businesses.
